Matt Brown

Matt leads the Alliance's strategic direction, governance cadence, and member firm execution.

He works alongside partner firms to shape the Alliance roadmap, guide capital and operating decisions, and hold the leadership team accountable to the mission of building independent CPA firms that are stronger together.

Jacob Ferrell

Jacob runs the Alliance's growth engine, leading firm acquisition, partner outreach, and the expanded-services revenue lines from Wealth Management to Fractional CFO.

He builds the pipeline of forward-thinking firms joining the Alliance and the systems that turn shared capabilities into measurable growth at the firm level.

Jake Hansen

CPA

Jake oversees the financial operations of the Alliance and the Extended Back Office, including financial reporting, treasury, payroll consolidation, and member firm finance support.

He brings deep public-accounting experience and a builder's mindset to the systems that scale across every firm in the Alliance.

Trevis Jensen

As Chief Operating Officer, Trevis brings strategic leadership, operational excellence, and a collaborative mindset to one of the industry's most dynamic professional networks.

With a proven track record in optimizing performance, driving innovation, and fostering firm-to-firm synergy, Trevis oversees the Alliance's day-to-day operations, strategic initiatives, and long-term growth objectives. Prior to joining the Alliance, Trevis held leadership roles in public accounting and firm management, where he successfully led cross-functional teams, improved operational systems, and managed organizational growth. Trevis holds a bachelor's degree and enrolled agent certification. Outside of work, he is passionate about his family and water sports.

Brian serves as Board Chair of the Alliance, guiding governance, member firm relations, and the strategic direction of the partnership.

As a founding partner of the Alliance's founding member firm, he brings decades of public-accounting leadership and a deep commitment to the firms and clients the Alliance serves.

With deep expertise in advanced tax planning and strategic advisory, Jacob helps business owners minimize taxes and build lasting value. Through the Alliance, he is passionate about uniting independent CPA firms under a shared brand and enterprise-level platform designed to accelerate growth while preserving local ownership and autonomy.
