Privacy Policy

Linked Accounting Alliance, LLC and its wholly owned member firms (together, “the Alliance,” “we,” or “us”) respect the privacy of our clients and the visitors to this website. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

When you contact us through this website, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, and the details of your inquiry. When you engage a member firm, that firm collects the financial and personal information needed to perform the services you have requested, under the terms of your engagement with that firm. Like most websites, we also collect basic usage information, such as pages visited and the type of device and browser used.

How we use information

We use the information we collect to respond to inquiries, to provide and improve the services our member firms deliver, to administer and improve this website, and to meet our professional and legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Sharing within the Alliance

Member firms share resources, technology, and personnel across the Alliance. To serve you efficiently, a member firm may share client information with other Alliance entities for purposes such as staffing engagements, quality review, billing, and practice administration. Any such sharing is limited to what is needed for those purposes and remains subject to the confidentiality obligations that apply to your engagement.

Where the law imposes stricter rules, those rules control. Tax return information is used and disclosed only as permitted by federal law, including obtaining your consent where the law requires it. Information covered by professional confidentiality standards is handled in accordance with those standards.

Sharing outside the Alliance

We use trusted service providers, such as hosting, document management, and communication platforms, that process information on our behalf under confidentiality obligations. Beyond that, we disclose personal information outside the Alliance only with your direction or consent, or when required by law, regulation, or professional standards.

Security and retention

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information in our care, and we retain records only as long as needed for the purposes described above or as required by law and professional standards.

Your choices and contact

You may ask us what information we hold about you, request corrections, or raise any privacy concern by writing to info@linkedalliance.co. We may update this policy from time to time, and the current version will always be posted on this page.
