Linked Accounting Alliance is a family of accounting and advisory firms. Each member firm of the Alliance is a wholly owned subsidiary of Linked Accounting Alliance, LLC, a Utah limited liability company.
Each member firm serves its clients under its own name and its own engagement terms. The services you receive are provided by the member firm you engage. Member firms share resources, technology, and personnel across the Alliance, and may share client information within the Alliance as described in our Privacy Policy and as permitted by applicable law.
Attest services, including audits, reviews, and other assurance engagements, are provided only by member firms that are licensed CPA firms, and only in the states where they hold licenses. Alliance entities that are not licensed CPA firms do not provide attest services. Individual professionals across the Alliance hold and maintain their own professional licenses and registrations with their applicable state boards.
